Growing up in Silicon Valley, I have seen firsthand the dangers of our achievement-obsessed culture & the pressure we put on young people to succeed. In addition to academic & extracurricular pressures, social media creates impossible standards for young people. As a result, many high school & college students are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, and depression.

I wrote Discover What Matters to help my peers unburden themselves from these pressures and discover that a truly fulfilling life is one brimming with meaning, hope, and love. The book is full of personal stories from my college journey and heartfelt encouragement for readers who want to make the most of this unique season of life.

  • Please allow 10 days from the time of payment for your order to be delivered. I will send you a tracking link when I receive it from my printer.
